Arizona’s Beautiful Wildlife

Spring is the best time to see nature, especially birds. I had two nests on my front and back porch this year, and was able to watch the tiny birds grow and eventually leave the nest. The Dove’s are also busy, but they aren’t as enjoyable to watch since they are always arguing over nests, maybe nest eggs?

We have two quail families living on our property, and a gazillion bunnies who are quite diligent in chasing the quail away from their babies. However, mamma bunnies and babies are very comfortable living among our chickens. I’m afraid the day will come when they learn that was a bad choice.

Arizona’s Weather Authority has a public sight where people post their photography. Always Arizona related, but I’m most interested in the amazing animals that call this territory home. Thanks to all for sharing these incredible wildlife pics.

  1. Love seeing all the AZ wildlife. We bought a house on the westside!!! Leaving Phx for WI soon so hopefully we can touch base in the fall when I return and start working on redecorating. Lots of projects in my future. 😀
